I’m dealing well with a lot of school related stress. I have three programming assignments due within the next week. One is for my networking class and two are for my CS class. My last CS one took forever. I’m thankful I have access to a large library of technical books to help. I wrote the program three different ways and with the third one, I had almost everything working before submitting. The cat getting hurt put a damper on the finishing of it. I slapped a comment in my code about the cat, but I dont’ expect any sympathy points. I wasn’t looking for it when I did it. It was more of a note to myself to remind me that I have to work on these programs earlier incase something comes up again.

I honestly don’t know how this latest program will go for my CS class. My networking program is worth almost the same as an exam grade, so the pressure is on to do well on the networking one. At the same time, I really want to do well in CS. I can program and I hate that I get frustrated with myself and that in turn hinders my programming.

I am pacing myself and going to my parent’s tomorrow for father’s day will probably help. I hope it does. After graduation *knock on wood*, I need a vacation! A long vacation.
