Josh has been home sick for two days now. He’s sick. He’s napping right now. Unfortunately, I think I am coming down with whatever he has. For once, he is getting me sick! I went to the doctors today for a follow-up appointment (ears) and started feeling funny an hour after I got home. Go figure.

I discovered something that actually tastes pretty well. Toast, with cream cheese, with onion chutney on top. Oh my is it delicious. I ate some chutney on my eggs this morning and decided to give it a go on my toast. I was washing the butter dish, so I ate cream cheese on the toast.

The kitty coughed up a hairball the size of a mouse today. I actually thought maybe she had somehow eaten a mouse, whole. That scared me more than the thought of having mice (we don’t actually have any). She’s been eating raw food, but that would be taking it way too far. I know raw food is supposed to help with hairballs, but this was crazy. Maybe the whole vomiting up her food episode last week was an attempt to get this sucker out? It wasn’t clogging her system, because we clean her litterbox often enough to know how much she poops. You know, I think this is the first time I have ever used the term poop here. How do you celebrate that?

I’ve been thinking of setting up a myspace page so I can keep up with my niece. All of my aunt related names are taken. Well, one is available, but once Gabriel learns to say my name correctly, it will be outdated. I’ve consulted the oracle of new teen niece Brittany. Hopefully she’ll check her email in a timely manner and respond with some ideas. /sigh

OK, I should get back to studying. I’ve already got movies in the DVD player for my study night.
