Back when I worked at the tv station, I maintained the Megan’s Law Sex Offender’s list. That was one heck of a list. The information had to be compared manually because we were not allowed to get a database from the police. They don’t even have the list at the tv station anymore. They probably couldn’t get anyone to maintain it! People were PISSED when we took it down because it was being phased out (because I was leaving). They brought it back and made someone else maintain it for a month. Now it’s gone, gone, GONE! I think I may have a copy of a database I made of it. I don’t remember. Who knows.
