Green

Friday, November 30th, 2001

Oooh, A person has been arrested for 4 of the Green River Murders. When I was about 13 I read a book on the murders and it I have never forgotten about those murders. Just thinking about it, my brother’s friend borrowed that book and never gave it back. I’ve had plenty of people do that, it kind of gets annoying. Hence I rarely loan things out. Stingey? No. I only have to be bent over a few times to know what kind of people take advantage of others.

My eyes have been bothering me today. Everything seems almost frosty. Not really frosty, but frosty. I’m not sure if it is sleep related or something else. I’ve been feeling dizzy too. I’m just scared it’s diabetes related.

Are we?

Friday, November 30th, 2001

Are we actually “At War” ???? I don’t recall there being any declaration of war. Last time I checked, a declaration of war was needed to actually be “at war.”

If we are going to be at war, then congress needs to declare this. As I understand it, Congress has not declared war and they are the only ones who can. So therefore all of these f*cked up laws people are trying to enforce are not even actually in place.

Maybe I’m just thinking too hard. I’ll go have lunch, research it, and figure this all out.

Eerie Fog

Friday, November 30th, 2001

Wow, there’s an eerie fog about the state right now. Ok, so it’s just the southern half of the state, but it’s still just as eerie.

I have finished by contribution to the template so far for this project.

I think we are going to get Chinese for lunch. Josh mentioned it yesterday, so we’ll see. This fog is freaking me out. Visibility is maxed at three miles or less they said. Great! We should have brought lunch!

RuPaul

Friday, November 30th, 2001

I forgot to add this last night. RuPaul has a weblog.

It’s a nice website and pretty interesting that it uses blogger. No archive though.

Speaking of archives. I finally found the one little thing that was screwing up the layout for the novemeber archive. I had a missing quotation mark! It is always the tiniest of things that get you!

George

Friday, November 30th, 2001

Of course I have to make a note of it.

George Harrison died Thursday in Los Angeles.

My mom was a Beatles fan when she was younger, so I kind of got to know about them pretty well. I always liked the way George sang. Anyways. He was 58.

Dr. No

Thursday, November 29th, 2001

If I was a James Bond villain, I would be Dr Julius No.

I enjoy fine dining, nuclear power, and initiating global war. I am played by Joseph Wiseman in Dr No.

Who would you be? James Bond Villain Personality Test.

Finally

Thursday, November 29th, 2001

After almost pulling my hair out, I finally figured out why I couldn’t see the work I have been doing on W2K’s IIS. Stupid security settings. So, I’m finally happy to say that I’ve got my databases almost 95% completed. Only one last little thing is getting the date to come up how I want it to in my database and all. I will get it done, sometime.

A critique

Wednesday, November 28th, 2001

Former high ranking FBI officials critique John Ashcroft’s policy changes. Pretty interesting read.

Huh?

Tuesday, November 27th, 2001

This has me a tiny bit confused. Why exactly did we attack?

“in response to continuing Iraqi threats against American and British jets patrolling a “no-fly” zone there,…”

What threats? By Gord, Why the hell don’t we take these types of actions in Indonesia or the many countries in Africa? Urrghhh.

Early people

Tuesday, November 27th, 2001

Wow, people who came in over an hour after I did are already leaving. They may not have taken a lunch, but considering the amount they worked today, it’s pretty sad. I’m leaving early because Josh and I had a short lunch.

The forecast for the rest of the week is looking mighty boring. Rain, rain, and more rain. Some variation would be nice. The weekend is looking mighty bright though. Literally. Lots of sun, but temps in the 40s.

The Weakest Link was pretty cool last night. Well, I’m heading home soon. Here goes the fun!
